先日、みいの寿、研醸（株）2社合同開催の酒蔵びらきにお邪魔しました。
実はこの2社、細い道を挟んでお向かいにあり一度に酒と焼酎を味わうことができるお得な蔵開きでした。
研醸さんの代表銘柄はにんじん焼酎「珍（めずらし）」。にんじん焼酎を造るのに補助的に麦焼酎も必要になるので、麦焼酎も製造販売しています。

優しい甘さのある純米吟醸酒、基峰鶴の「レイクス」の白ラベルおりがらみです。
この白ラベルは売り切れごめんの限定発売品です。
蔵の立地する、基山町内の農家さんの作る山田錦を50％磨いた純米吟醸酒、おりを残したまま瓶詰めしているので残った酵母が発酵し、若干の発泡があるのが特徴。
口当たりに滑らかな泡と甘さを感じるので、果物やクリームを使ったお菓子などと相性がいいと思われます。
開栓の際、噴出す可能性があるので、しっかり冷やしガス圧を落として少し気をつけて開けてください。

世界中で栽培されている「シャルドネ」。
やはりお手本はブルゴーニュのそれだと思います。
以前、同じ造り手の「シャルドネ・ピノノワール」を扱っておりました。シャルドネとピノノワールを用いた珍しい白ワインで、価格の割りに品質が高いワインだったのに惜しまれつつ終売。
その後継のつもりでテイスティングしましたが、香草、パッションフルーツ、リンゴ、白桃などのニュアンス。樽発酵によるものか、心地よいトーストの香りがあり食欲をくすぐります。アタックにシナモンなどのスパイシーさがあるのに対し、きれいなミネラルが余韻を飾るような印象。
説明にブルゴーニュを用いた方がわかりやすいくらいに複雑さのある、完成度の高いワインだと思います。

繁桝の雄町は、豊潤で膨らみとコシのある味わい。この酒は生酒ですが飲まれる際にはぜひ、電子レンジを使ってもいいのでぬる燗を試してください。※保管は冷蔵でお願いします。

تم اطلاق مشروع العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة خلال فعاليات مؤتمر “دعم وتنمية الاقتصاد المصري.. مصر المستقبل” حيث كشف الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، وزير الإسكان، عن إقامة عاصمة إدارية جديدة لمصر تقع شرق الطريق الدائري الإقليمي في المساحة الواقعة بين طريق السويس وطريق العين السخنة في موقع متميز وسيط بين قلب القاهرة القديمة ومنطقة قناة السويس.

وقد قدرت التكلفة الإجمالية للعاصمة الجديدة بـــــ 45 مليار دولارا أمريكيا، ويستغرق بناؤها من 5 إلى 7 سنوات، على أن تضم العاصمة الجديدة قصرا رئاسيا، ووزارات وهيئات حكومية فضلا عن حي خاص للسفارات والقنصليات، كما عُد المشروع بمثابة عاصمة عالمية حيث يتضمن بناء 1.1 مليون وحدة سكنية، و40 ألف غرفة فندقية ويستوعب 5 ملايين شخص.

وقد صممت العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة على شكل مناطق خضراء ترتبط بمراكز النمو في المحافظات من خلال شبكة من وسائل النقل، كما كان تخطيط العاصمة الجديدة مستوحى من مناطق وسط المدينة مثل قصر النيل ومصر الجديدة إلى جانب العواصم العالمية التي تجمع بين التاريخ والحداثة.
